Bylaws

Article 1

Section 1, Name

A. The name of this organization is Professional Association of Intuitive Consultants, also referred to as PAIC.

B. This name is a registered trademark and is the sole property of the Professional Association of Intuitive Consultants.

Section 2, Offices

A. The main office of PAIC is located at 2588 Owl Creek Rd., Nashville, IN 47448

B. The mailing address of PAIC is 2588 Owl Creek Rd., Nashville, IN 47448.

C. PAIC reserves the right to relocate and/or open offices at such other places as the Board of Directors designates.

Section 3, Name Use

A. The name Professional Association of Intuitive Consultants, its logos, and the initials PAIC may be used by current

active members or corporate sponsors of PAIC in advertising, business cards, articles, etc. in reference to their

status as a member or sponsor only. Any such use shall be made in an ethical manner.

B. When using the PAIC name and/or logo, members must designate their level of membership, except on business

cards where space is limited.

Article 2

Section 1, Membership

A. Requirements for membership in PAIC are determined by the Board of Directors.

B. In addition to any other membership requirements, all members of the Professional Association of Intuitive

Consultants shall abide by the PAIC Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct.

Section 2, Certification

A. PAIC Lifetime Certifications are not subject to review or revocation once issued.

B. Requirements for receiving PAIC Certifications are determined by the Board of Directors.

Article 3

Section 1, Affiliations

A. The Board of Directors of PAIC may at times decide to affiliate with other organizations.

B. The Board of Directors of PAIC has complete authority and discretion regarding the requirement, implementation,

and/or termination of such affiliations.

Article 4

Section 1, Publication Names

A. The official publication of PAIC is The Intuitive.

Section 2, Purpose

A. To provide PAIC members with information about the profession and materials to assist their practices.

B. To promote PAIC

Section 3, Additional Publications

A. Additional publications may be produced by PAIC upon agreement of the Board of Directors.
